Term Life Insurance and AD&D

  • The Board shall provide term life insurance for each employee in the amount of $25,000 until retirement.  The premium will be paid by the Board. At the time of Board approved retirement, the employee will be permitted to remain in the group by paying the insurance premiums to the District. The retired employee is responsible for keeping premium payments current.


    Complete the Beneficiary Designation Form if you need to update your current beneficiary on file and forward to the Benefits office.
